This amazing sounding 23 has been regulated every year of its life by Peter Wiley through 2019. It was then regulated by Steve Moss. This is a very well cared for instrument with a near perfect condition. There is an accompanying accessory package and the harp is value priced considering a new 23 is over 40K. I find the sound to be well developed, clean and with orchestral quality projection. This would serve a budding professional or current professional looking for a trade up model very well.
