Terms and Conditions

1) All music is copyright protected and NOT returnable or refundable unless defective.

2) Overnight and Two Day shipping methods do not consider weekends and/or holidays, and it is the customer's responsibility to take these days into account when placing their order and choosing an expedited shipping method.   (Example: An order placed on Friday or Saturday with Overnight shipping as the chosen shipping method, will not be delivered until the following Monday, unless you choose Saturday Delivery at an additional cost. Likewise, that same order placed on Sunday, will not be processed until Monday, and therefore will not be delivered until the following Tuesday.)

3) All orders will not be shipped until payment in full is received.

4) If there is a problem with fulfilling your order, Vanderbilt Music Company will attempt to contact you via telephone and/or email (if you provided contact information to us) and we will hold the order for 48 hours for you to respond. Failure to respond within that time period will result in your order being canceled and the product(s) being returned to stock.

5) Vanderbilt Music Company is not responsible for delays in shipping once the package has left our facility, and/or if the pickup of packages from our facility is delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances include, but are not limited to: Power outages, Labor Strikes, Inclement Weather, and other Natural Disasters. Packages may also be delayed during high shipping seasons such as the Christmas Holiday season.

6) Vanderbilt Music Company is not responsible for International orders that may be delayed or denied entry into the country, and the customer is responsible for completing all required forms and paying applicable taxes, duties, and other fees required to clear customs.

7) No remuneration or other consideration will be provided to customers in the circumstances or conditions described above.
