Inspired by the fine art of marquetry famed throughout Italy, the column, neck, and base of Salvi’s Arianna harp feature an exquisitely handcrafted veneer inlay created from the magnificent timbers of palisander, maple and olivewood. The artistic excellence of this craftsmanship is matched only by the depth of expression that may be achieved at the hands of the harpist. The solid brass action plates feature restrained decoration.
