Harp Sales

Domestic Harp Sales (New and Used)

  • Once you decide on the harp and finish you want, in order to claim a harp for purchase, Vanderbilt Music Co. must receive a 10% non-refundable deposit (20% for special order instruments) which can be received through wire transfer, check, Money Order. For credit card use, a 3% fee will apply (Visa, Mastercard). A purchase agreement must be signed by the customer and returned to Vanderbilt Music Co., Inc.

  • If you are purchasing a new pedal harp that is at a manufacturer’s location, Vanderbilt Music Co. will send a trained professional to pick out the best possible harp for you.

  • After the 10% non-refundable deposit (20% for special instruments) is received and the harp is ready for shipment or pick up, Vanderbilt Music Co. must receive the remainder of the purchase price before your harp will be shipped. Alternatively, you can also pick up your harp in our store in Bloomington, Indiana (State sales tax will apply).

  • Should you choose to have the harp shipped to you, you will be billed for shipping shortly before the harp is shipped to you.

  • New Harps come with a warranty from the manufacturer. Used harps ususally do not include a warranty.

International Harp Sales (New and Used)

  • Once you decide on the harp and finish you want, Vanderbilt Music Co. must generate a shipping quote for you (using your desired shipping address).

  • Vanderbilt Music Co. will then send you a copy of the commercial invoice including the shipping costs.

  • In order to claim a harp for purchase, Vanderbilt Music Co. must receive a 10% non-refundable deposit (20% for special instruments) which can be received through electronic transfer.

  • If you are purchasing a new pedal harp that is at a manufacturer’s location, Vanderbilt Music Co. will send a trained professional to pick out the best possible harp for you.

  • After the 10% non-refundable deposit (20% for special instruments) is received and the harp is ready for shipment, Vanderbilt Music Co. must receive the remainder of the purchase price (including shipping costs) through electronic transfer before your harp will be shipped.

  • Your harp will then be cleared for shipment and sent as soon as possible.

  • Please note: Duties and taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer upon the shipment’s arrival in the destination country.

  • New Harps come with a warranty from the manufacturer. Used harps do not include a warranty. Please ask for further details when discussing your purchase
